Welcome to MedXcribe! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MedXcribe Mobile App and Web App (collectively, “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
By using MedXcribe, you agree to these Terms and any updates we may make. These Terms apply to all users of the Mobile App and Web App.
MedXcribe is a medical transcription platform designed to keep your data secure. The Mobile App operates offline, storing all data on your device and does not require an internet connection, except when making a payment. The Web App requires an internet connection for access and certain functionalities. Payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store for the Mobile App and through secure payment gateways for the Web App.
All payments for the Mobile App are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store. By making a payment, you agree to comply with Apple’s payment terms and conditions.
All content, features, and functionality of MedXcribe, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MedXcribe or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our explicit permission.
MedXcribe is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Mobile App or Web App. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and the applicable internet laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Mobile App or Web App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
